New pre-print posted to bioRxiv! Jack, in collaboration with the Moremen (CCRC) and Liu (UNC) labs, performed CRISPR activation screens to reveal that core proteoglycan proteins regulate heparan sulfate sulfation and ligand binding!

Excited to share our latest preprint on bioRxiv! Neil and collaborators report how EZH2 drives melanoma metastasis through a non-canonical epigenetic pathway that remodels heparan sulfate at the tumor cell surface!
